All public facilities at AMUZ are accessible to wheelchair users: the concert hall, foyer and toilets are all on the ground floor. Wheelchair spaces are provided in the concert hall (contact the ticket office for details) and guide dogs are welcome. Please mention your specific needs when booking so seating can be arranged accordingly; a member of the reception staff will be glad to escort you to your seat. How long is a concert here?
Most concerts last around 60–75 minutes with no interval. Doors open about 30 minutes before the start.

Yes — most concerts are recommended for ages 6+, with under-16s accompanied by an adult.
